New York

I get the amazing privledge this weekend to bord a plane to Lake Placid New York to speak at a Youth Retreat. The idea of bording a plane for the purpose of speaking intrigues me. You see, the message of the Gospel is not something to be taken lightly. All accross the world men and woman are travelling from place to place to share what Christ has done for them. I always feel absolutly humbled evertime I share my faith. With such simplicity in the Gospel message, there is also such power. Power to make a dead man, alive again. Power to make a man sacrifice his job, move to Africa and start an orphanage. Power to reconcile broken relationships. Power to cause someone to sacrfice their life just to get this message into the ears of lost people. For over 2000 years this simple message, called the Gospel, has been proclaimed. The Gospel message is unstoppable, pumbling the hardest of hearts that get in its way. So today, when I bored my plane, and fly above the clouds I will be reminded of how important it is to be a good stuard of the Gospel. There is no message in the world like it. There is no religion that offers a God who became one of us for the purpose of redeeming us back for himself. So whether we are on a plane, or just working with our co-workers, be reminded today that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the most important treasure you and I will ever have. Share it with someone today!

Romans 1:16 "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel for it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes..."
