Mission Accomplished!

Finally! I have entered the wide world of Blogging. A BIG thanks to my genious brother who figured this whole blogging thing out way before I did. I think he was the one to invent sliced bread as well. But enough about him, this blog is suppose to be all about me. Funny, I wonder if a Christian Blog site is an oxymoron. Enough already, the fact is I now have a blog to post my thoughts, feelings, songs, dreams, frustrations, jokes, advice, and lessons I'm learning. I can spell words "wrongg" forget punctuations or add them wherever I want. I am the master of this ship, I am the lead sailor of this vessel, I am the jenga master tonight, I am the blogging blogger writting on my blog. I can say what I want, want what I say, start a movement, be free to be me, sell a product, share a vision, cast a dream, and maybe even save a life all by way of blogging. I can blog in my jeans, blog on the way, blog at work, say whatever I wish to say. As short as I want, as long as I can go, impressing the crowds, my genious I show. Oh I feel the power growing with every key stroke on the key pad, with ever misspronounced overwritten non grammatically correct sentence I write. So now there is only one question that remains... and that is.... What should my first blog be about...

Ahhhhhhhhh I knew I wanted a blog. But now that I have one. . .

We all start somewhere don't we. Franklin Covey reminds us that we all must begin with the end in mind. What is your blog without a vision? It's probably a bunch of useless ramblings. But what if a blog was rooted in a vision? No better yet, what if a life was rooted in VISION!

I love the wise Proverb that says “Where there is no VISION, the people are unrestrained.” They can’t focus, can’t reach their goal, can’t follow their dream. An older translation says, “Without vision, the people perish.”

So in conclusion to this my first blog. Our blogs represent us. When we write, we reveal who we are, and what we are passionate about. Check your blog out today. Read over some of your last posts. What are you passionate about? Are you funny? Are you sad? Are you deep? Are you shallow?

My vision for my blog is to reveal the hidden image of God behind the body known as Jonathan Seller. May His image be seen through me, and may Jonathan Seller fade away.
